Jurate Fiory
Executive Director |
Jurate Fiory has held the position of Executive Director of Employment Horizons, inc. since 1991. She acts as the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing and directing all agency operations while ensuring its financial viability and corporate compliance. She has been instrumental in expanding the scope of services and creating a strong and effective management team for the organization. Jurate holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling, both from Seton Hall University.

Mark Stephenson
Assistant Executive Director |
Mark Stephenson is the Assistant Executive Director of Employment Horizons, Inc. He develops, directs, and coordinates facility and community-based vocational and rehabilitation services through management and supervision of the professional and job placement staff. He has been with Employment Horizons since 1997 and has worked in the field for 37 years. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from SUNY at Buffalo. In addition, he holds a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Seton Hall University.

Bob Johnston
Controller |
Robert Johnston is the Controller at Employment Horizons, Inc. He is responsible for supervising all Accounting Department operations and the financial affairs of the organization. He has been with Employment Horizons since 1997. Bob has a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Peter's College and an MBA in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has been a Volunteer Member of the Whippany Fire Department for 25 years, and served as Fire Commissioner for nine years.

Michele Galacki is the Manager of Administrative Services. She is responsible for directing and coordinating administrative services for clerical and payroll staff, analyzing and organizing office communications and procedures, evaluating office production and revising procedures to achieve most efficient use of equipment and personnel. She holds a Professional Human Resources certification and has been with Employment Horizons since 1999.

Liz DeCamp is the Coordinator of Career Development Services. She ensures the delivery of high quality and timely vocational guidance, job placement, job coaching and job retention services for persons served by Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Career Development Services. She has been with Employment Horizons since 1988 and has worked in the field for 23 years. Liz holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Radford University in Radford, Virginia.

Maria Verducci-Florio, Esq. is the Director of Community Relations for Employment Horizons, Inc. Maria holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Trinity College and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School, Newark, NJ. Maria has served in various leadership roles with the agency since 2001, including her previous position as Capital Campaign Director. She oversees the cultivation of donors and the creation and maintenance of relationships with all levels of external and internal constituencies, with the primary focus of advancing the Agency Mission.

Judy Reifer is the Coordinator of Rehabilitation Services. She is responsible for the supervision of all aspects of services provided within the Vocational Rehabilitation Department (VRS) and coordinating the provision of quality employment services for program participants with other agency departments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Upsala College and a master’s degree in educational counseling from Kean University. She has been with Employment Horizons since 1998.
