The Campaign for Expansion
Like you and I, hundreds of people with disabilities, in the greater Morris County area, have dreams. More and more, they turn to Employment Horizons to help fulfill those dreams, creating an ever-increasing demand for our programs and services.
A 22,000 square foot addition to our building was completed in May, 2009 resulting in our ability to:
With 52 years of service to the disabled community, and recognition as the "premiere rehabilitative agency" in the State of New Jersey, we have demonstrated the desire, as well as the ability, to succeed.
Each Program Participant's goal, reflected in our mission, is to become self-sufficient in a world full of opportunities. Employment Horizons exists to help fulfill that dream.
Phase II of our Campaign includes the refurbishing and retro-fitting of our Fulfillment Center. Our plans include a dropped ceiling with improved energy-efficient lighting, slip resistant, anti-fatigue flooring, additional windows for more natural light and air, and improved acoustical walls will all add to providing improved surroundings and a healthier environment for our Program Participants who work on-site.

- Accept additional Program Participants, thus eliminating our Waiting List and offering our services to the community at large
- Add Food Service, Computer Literacy and Office Training Programs—in response to the high-growth sectors of today's job market
- Expand our Document Management Services (DMS) to accomodate larger jobs which will enable more program participants to be trained in this rapidly growing business area
