Employment Horizons is known for the quality of our programs and the high rate of success in helping those we serve, people with disabilities and other special needs, to achieve their individual employment goals. We pride ourselves on being considered the premier provider of comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services in the greater Morris County, New Jersey area. Highly qualified professionals provide customized support services and employment options to people with disabilities and those with challenges to employment. Program participants are not limited to receiving services in only one program area, but, depending on individual needs, are eligible to choose from a menu of services offered in different areas.
Employment Horizons serves individuals 16 years of age and older who have developmental, physical, and/or emotional disabilities or other conditions that limit their ability to obtain or maintain a job. Applicants are referred by various governmental agencies and school districts that also pay the fees for services provided. All applicants must attend an intake interview as part of the pre-screening process to ensure that our services match their needs.
Applicants must have the ability to care for their personal hygiene independently, be self-medicating and behave in a manner that is not dangerous to themselves or others. Services are not limited to Morris County, New Jersey residents but are available to any individual who can obtain transportation to and from our sites.
