Each state has a vocational rehabilitation division with local satellite offices, which can assist you to access services that meet your needs - Similarly, search for "Developmental Disabilities" as each state has a specialized division for this population. Many states also have offices for people who are blind or visually impaired, and deaf or hard of hearing.
You can identify local agencies that provide vocational rehabilitation services through the above contacts or an extended search of vocational rehabilitation services in your state or local area. Most states have trade associations that can provide information.
