Your donation will help to change the lives of individuals with disabilities.

$1,000 - Purchases a computer to train individuals to develop marketable skills
$500 - Provides daily transportation to an individual to and from work for 3 months
$250 - Purchases a wheelchair for a mobility-challenged individual
$100 - Purchases a training video on an essential work habit needed to keep a job
$50 - Purchases 3 hours of computer skills training for one individual
$25 - Pays for one day of job sampling for one individual

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by the law.

Employment Horizons' programs and services are free to all program participants.  Although our agency receives some governmental funding (less in recent years) that covers part of the cost of providing services, the majority of our revenues are derived from our own business operations and are supplemented by generous individuals, foundations, and corporations.  Funding our many programs and services is Employment Horizons' greatest challenge.  Your financial support, at this time, will help to break the cycle of unemployment for individuals with disabilities—presently at 65% compared to 6% of the non-disabled population.

A Lovely Way to Celebrate or Honor an Individual...

Consider honoring your friends and loved ones with a donation in their name.  Commemorate the holidays, a birthday, anniversary or another special event by helping to provide work opportunities to an individual with special needs.  Or else consider sending a memorial/tribute card to a relative or friend to honor a recently departed loved one. Your donation will go directly to the programs and services provided by Employment Horizons. For a minimum donation of $25, we will send a tribute card to the person of your choosing.
